Noora Alabbar

Founder

Noora Alabbar brings over 23 years of experience across government, diplomacy, media, and business development. Throughout her career, she’s led complex, high-impact initiatives aimed at building trust, shaping how Dubai is seen on the world stage, and bridging relationships across sectors and geographies.

​

As Head of International Media Engagement at the Government of Dubai Media Office, Noora led efforts to reset global perceptions of Dubai, organizing strategic visits to London, Paris, and Brussels that built lasting relationships with institutions like the European Commission, the UK Government Communications Service, and the Egmont Institute. She played a key role in GDMO’s broader media strategy, crisis response, and international outreach, while also helping launch Brand Dubai and establish the Dubai International Communications Committee.​

Grace Hauser

Partner

Grace is a communications strategist and cultural advisor known for shaping impactful narratives at the intersection of policy, creativity, and global storytelling. With a background that spans aerospace, hospitality, and the arts, she has led high-profile campaigns across both government and private sectors, including as Head of Communications for the UAE Space Agency’s Emirates Mission to the Asteroid Belt, and for the global MAD Impact Foundation.​

​

She also advises a range of organizations including Amaryllis Hospitality, and Aviatrans on strategic positioning, narrative architecture, and stakeholder engagement. As founder of Oda Concepts, she’s led brand and communications work across the Middle East, Europe, and the US, blending editorial precision with cultural fluency. Her creative leadership at XVA Gallery and Café reflects her instinct for turning vision into execution across industries.

Dana Beydoun

Strategic Advisor

With over two decades of experience in media and communications, Dana is a trusted advisor to government entities, creative businesses, and brands across the Middle East. Her career began in broadcast journalism, working as a reporter and producer with Dubai TV and Al Arabiya’s Business News. She later joined the Government of Dubai Media Office, where for over eight years she contributed to high-level research, strategic messaging, media monitoring, and crisis communication, supporting the office’s leadership on high-impact communications, including social media oversight for members of Dubai’s ruling family.

In parallel to her public sector work, Dana has built a dynamic portfolio as a writer and communications consultant, advising clients across fashion, energy, hospitality, and the arts. Her storytelling combines analytical depth with creative clarity, bridging policy and culture, brands and people.
